Le constructeur anglais a travaill\u00e9 activement pour cela, et ne pouvant s\u2019engager en Superbike faute de motos de s\u00e9rie homologu\u00e9e, le TT s\u2019est impos\u00e9 comme une \u00e9vidence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le TT est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement fort de la comp\u00e9tition anglaise, les courses sur l\u2019ile de Man font partie de l\u2019histoire de Norton, y revenir avec une nouvelle moto avait un double sens pour Stuart Garner, le patron de Norton Motorcycles. C\u2019est Ian Mackman, un pilote de la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui a contribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement de la moto sur le circuit de Donington qui pilotera la moto.<\/p>\n<p>Techniquement, la moto a un ch\u00e2ssis d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Spondon avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de suspension Ohlins \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant et \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re ainsi que des roues en carbone BST chauss\u00e9s de pneumatiques Dunlop. Pour la motorisation, le choix s\u2019est port\u00e9 sur un bloc V4 Aprilia en attendant un moteur rotatif dans le futur, un projet cher \u00e0 Stuart Garner.
