La fa\u00e7on dont tout se clarifie dans votre esprit \u00e0 mesure que vous vous \u00e9loignez de chez vous. Les choses, les gens, le travail &#8211; tout appara\u00eet sous un jour nouveau apr\u00e8s quelques kilom\u00e8tres de route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Trophy est le compagnon privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour ces longues heures de r\u00e9flexion. Sa puissance et son \u00e9nergie ne semblent pas conna\u00eetre de limites. M\u00eame \u00e0 deux, charg\u00e9e d&rsquo;une tente, les sacoches pleines \u00e0 craquer, la Trophy d\u00e9vore les kilom\u00e8tres sans pr\u00e9senter le moindre signe de fatigue, pour que la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape du voyage soit aussi agr\u00e9able que la premi\u00e8re.<br>Le secret de son voyage ?&#8230; Il r\u00e9side dans la douceur des moteurs Triumph en 900 ou en 1200, dans le car\u00e9nage int\u00e9gral, et dans la position de conduite particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e.<br>Ne croyez pas pour autant que la Trophy soit une moto paresseuse. Empoignez l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur et passez les vitesse : vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas encore au bout de ses ressources.<br>A moins que vous ne pr\u00e9f\u00e9riez vous installer au rapport sup\u00e9rieur, et laisser ce moteur coupleux ronronner \u00e0 quelques 2000 tours. Mais quel que soit le mod\u00e8le, prenez garde : vous savez quand vous l&rsquo;enfourchez, vous ne savez pas quand vous voudrez en redescendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Trophy doit son in\u00e9puisable \u00e9nergie \u00e0 ses moteurs 3 et 4 cylindres \u00e0 course longue. Ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 une bo\u00eete de vitesses sp\u00e9cialement adapt\u00e9e au tourisme, cette caract\u00e9ristique contribue \u00e0 faire de la trophy une moto remarquablement endurante.<br>C\u00f4t\u00e9 s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les freins 4 pistons inspir\u00e9s de la Daytona garantissent un arr\u00eat sans faille \u00e0 la moindre pression. Ces freins, dont la fiabilit\u00e9 fait l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9, \u00e9quiperont d\u00e9sormais les deux mod\u00e8les Trophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme il se doit sur une moto de tourisme, la suspension arri\u00e8re est enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9glable, permettant ainsi de \u00ab\u00a0programmer\u00a0\u00bb la souplesse du v\u00e9hicule en fonction de la charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous \u00eates de ceux qui passent plus de temps \u00e0 piloter votre machine qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la faire briller, vous appr\u00e9cierez sans doute la protection quasi int\u00e9grale du moteur et les lignes sobres des nouvelles roues trois branches en alliage, qui vous \u00e9viteront des heures de polissage amoureux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sur la Trophy 4 :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la Trophy 1200, l&rsquo;usine Triumph de Hinckley entame en 1991 une longue s\u00e9rie de succ\u00e8s dans le domaine du touring.<br>Pour le moteur 1200 cc, Triumph applique encore son concept modulaire en rajoutant un quatri\u00e8me cylindre \u00e0 son 3 cylindres de 900 cc.<br>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des liaisons au sol, la Trophy 1200 pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement peu de diff\u00e9rence. Comme pour tous les mod\u00e8les Triumph de la premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration issue de Hinckley, l&rsquo;\u00e9norme cadre tubulaire central est en acier.<br>En roulage, la \u00ab\u00a0grosse\u00a0\u00bb Triumph est tout \u00e0 fait convaincante. esth\u00e9tique identique \u00e0 la Trophy 900 lanc\u00e9e \u00e9galement fin 1991 par Triumphy, seule l&rsquo;inscription 900 ou 1200 permet des les diff\u00e9rencier.<br>&#8211; moteur gris clair et silencieux chrom\u00e9s identiques \u00e0 ceux des Tridents.<br>&#8211; abandon rapide des peintures tricolores pour des teintes unies (voir photos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mill\u00e9sime 1993 :<\/strong> <br>Comme sur les autres mod\u00e8les de la gamme, Triumph rectifie rapidement le tir et de (tr\u00e8s) nombreuses modifications sont apport\u00e9es :<br>&#8211;
